Answer : No. Candidates must have already acquired the prescribed educational and technical qualifications by the closing date of application submission. Those waiting for their final results are not eligible.

Answer: The primary online CBT features the following structure:
- Total Questions: 100 Objective Type Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs)
- Total Marks: 100 Marks
- Time Duration: 90 Minutes
- Negative Marking: There is a penalty of 1/3rd mark deducted for every incorrect answer. No marks are deducted for unattempted questions.
